What we sell are 3 different types of extra virgin olive oil made by REDORO, a family business from the hills on the South coast of Lake Garda.: Integrale, Extra, & Le Graziane.

The most delicately flavoured INTEGRALE with an acidity of just over 0.3% is perfect for drizzling on salads, bread, soups, meats. EXTRA has a slightly higher acidity of just under 0.4% with a stronger flavour than the Integrale type is also used as a condiment. Le Graziane is an extra virgin olive oil that can used in cooking.

The oil is sold in beautiful bottles which are delivered from Italy direct to the Deli, or in refillable multi- faceted glass bottles from stainless steel barrels thereby saving you money and keeping you environmentally friendly.

We also sell the 3 and 5 litres stainless steel barrels which make a great storage feature for the oil, together with stainless steel presentation boxes.
Last but not least, we sell infused olive oils with truffle, lemon, chilli, basil, rosemary, garlic, and mixed herbs, in small beautifully labelled bottles which make a great present.
